1. Due to the fast curing speed and high production efficiency of UV paint, it can be cured within 30 minutes through UV curing;
2. The coating has excellent performance, with very high indicators in hardness, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, gasoline resistance, and other solvents; Especially its paint film is plump and its luster is particularly prominent;
3. UV paint adopts a UV curing process, which is pollution-free during processing.
4. UV coatings are sensitive to dust and therefore have strict requirements for the processing environment.
5. It is not protected from sunlight and is prone to cracking under direct sunlight.
6. UV coating may turn yellow over time, so it is generally not recommended to use UV for surface treatment when the appearance of the product requires pure white.
